She blends evidence-based practices with customized plans, integrating nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes to support her patients in reaching their goals. Known for her empathetic and motivational approach, Haven is committed to empowering clients as they transform their health together.

Originally from Trussville, Alabama, Claire is a compassionate team member who is passionate about helping patients achieve their health goals. Currently a Pre-Nursing student at Calhoun Community College, she combines her love for medicine with her dedication to uplifting others. Claire takes pride in seeing patients come in excited about their progress and is always there to encourage you on your wellness journey. She believes in celebrating every milestone, big or small, as part of creating a healthier and happier life.

Born and raised in Cullman, Alabama, Kelsey brings over 10 years of experience in the medical field to our team. A devoted mom to four boys and co-owner of a family heating and cooling business, she is passionate about supporting patients on their journey to better health and wellness. "I find it so inspiring to witness others achieve their health and wellness goals. I love being a constant source of encouragement—helping patients stay motivated, celebrating their victories, and reminding them how far they've come. This journey is a marathon, not a sprint, and I'm here to remind them to never give up," Kelsey shared. Health and wellness are especially close to Kelsey's heart as she's been on her own journey, losing 84 pounds and focusing on her overall health and fitness.
